Accessing Adobe Creative Suite on Campus

We’re assembling a list of places on campus to access these programs. We’ll continue to populate this posting as we find new places. We’ll also try to include any access details you need to know.

Gund Hall (GSD) – Computer lab on 5th floor. No log-in needed. Building is open during weekday, need card access (not sure if it’s GSD-specific) to get in after hours and on weekends.

Science Center – FAS IT maintains three classrooms in the Science Center primarily intended for College, GSAS and Extension/Summer course meetings, and for FAS software and system training sessions.

-Room B-09: A 30-seat Windows PC lab in the basement of the Science Center

-Room 229: A 20-seat Macintosh lab on the second floor

-Room 226: A 10-seat PC classroom

All classrooms have an instructor’s station and projector and are open general-use labs when no classes are scheduled. To view a current schedule of available times, review the policies and rules of the classroom, or to reserve a time, please visit http://www.fas-it.fas.harvard.edu/fasclass. The classroom coordinator can be contacted at fasclass@fas.harvard.edu.

Adobe Trial Downloads

For the workshop, you’ll want to have Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign on your computers.  You can download them separately from the link, or download the Design and Web Premium package or the Master Collection, both of which have all those three softwares, as well as more.

These are 30-day trials.
