What I’ve Got: CFDA/Target collaboration

This past holiday season, the CFDA (Council of Fashion Designs of America) had a partnership with Target. 50 top american designers created affordable products ranging from clothing to dog bowls and martini shakers. This partnership is desirable because it provides high design for a fraction of the normal retail price. The exclusivity of the brands, for a short time, is extended to the mass market. They are also desirable because they only were made in a limited amount; therefore, they were a rare commodity.
