Rhodes Mark 1

When it comes to keyboards, there are few, if none, more influential and long-lasting than the Rhodes Mark 1. Built in the early 1970s, these 73 key tyne-based keyboards carry a distinctive sound that can be heard spanning genres and years alike from “Riders on the Storm” by the Doors to Radiohead’s “Everything in It’s Right Place.” Although production stopped over forty years ago, they are such durable instruments that many, if not most, are still being played and treasured today.
