Haptik Helpdesk

During the past few months of the pandemic, fighting misinformation and the panic it incites has been an extreme challenge. Given the accessibility of WhatsApp as a medium and people’s preference to chat, Haptik built a chatbot called “Coronavirus Helpdesk”, available on WhatsApp, to shatter myths about the virus and suggest basic hygiene practices to help prevent it. Its coordination with WHO, and the Government of India has allowed it to disseminate accurate information during the most timely hour.
